Please inspect your bag upon receiving it. If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before or during delivery, you must contact Kair’s Corner within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please provide:

• 📸 Clear photos/videos of the damage

• 👜 Photos of the full bag

• 📝 A brief description of the issue

Once the 24-hour period has passed, Kair’s Corner cannot guarantee a replacement, repair, or refund for reported damage.

This policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, excessive weight, accidents, or alterations made after receiving the bag.

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and Kair’s Corner reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
